Ada Aharoni has been awarded the prestigious Prix du Témoignage (Testimony Prize) for this little known WW2 history of the Jewish Community in Alexandria, and the harmonious Arab-Jewish co-operation. The book was translated into French (from English), by Michel Mazza, and promoted by the ASPCJE : The Association of Jews from Egypt in France.

Dr. Ada Aharoni is a poet, writer and sociologist, who has published twenty-six books, her two latest poetry collections are: YOU AND I CAN CHANGE THE WORLD, and PEACE POEMS.
