Bio ~ Muniam Alfaker is a poet who was born in Iraq and has been a refugee since the late seventies. Alfaker forged a career as a celebrated Baghdad theatre director and actor. However, his growing radical artistic imagination began to put him at odds with the repressive regime of Saddam Hussein. Alfaker and his young family first escaped to Beirut, Lebanon, then to Damascus, Syria, and then finally on to Copenhagen.

Bio – Dimitris P. Kraniotis was born in Larissa, Greece, and he grew up in Stomio. He studied Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Today he lives in Larissa, Greece, and works as a medical doctor, an internal medicine specialist. He is the author of 10 poetry books in Greece and abroad.
