Background

Publisher LeRoy Chatfield is the sole arbiter of what is published in Syndic Literary Journal – in the first ten issues alone: 138 authors/artists and more than 1350 pieces of literary work published. Beginning with Syndic No.11, and continuing thereafter, the publisher will select 3 of his personal favorites to republish in each issue.
