Letter from the Publisher

Welcome to Syndic No.40.

And a very special welcome to these European poets who are being published for the first time in Syndic Literary Journal.

~ Raquel Lanseros (Spain) ~ Ion Deaconescu (Romania) ~ Yesim Agaoglu (Turkey) ~ Gueorgui Konastantinov (Bulgaria) ~  Dante Maffia (Italy) ~ Attila Balazs (Hungary) ~ Laura Garavaglia (Italy) ~ Jeton Kelmendi (Kosovo) ~ Sandor Halmosi (Hungary) ~ Danuta Bartosz (Poland) ~ Emmanuel Merle (France) ~ Carlos Ramos (Portugal)

And  special thanks to New Jersey Poet, Bill Wolak, who invited and encouraged these European poets to publish their poetry in Syndic.

Bill Wolak also serves as the Narrator for these poems.

In all, Syndic No.40 consists of 54 chapters composed of poetry with narration; personal narratives; memoir pieces with narration; artwork and songs.

I hope you enjoy this issue and will take the time to leisurely page through it.  For my part, if you even find half-as-much enjoyment as I did in reading all the submissions, compiling and organizing them into chapters and publishing them for you, I will be more than satisfied!

On the drawing board, I am planning a July 2021 Ferlinghetti Memorial Supplement and in September another regular Syndic issue.

Wishing you and yours all the best,

LeRoy Chatfield, Publisher Syndic Literary Journal.
