DEDICATION OF SYNDIC NO. 33

♦       ♦       ♦

R.I.P

I dedicate this issue of Syndic Literary Journal to the

families of the more than 205,000 Americans

who have died from Covid-19.

I wish to express my sincere and heartfelt condolences

to all those who lost their loved ones.

These Americans  who died were not “suckers” or “losers” –

in fact, tens of  thousands were  victims of the know-nothing/do-nothing

failed leadership of Donald J. Trump.

The Covid-19 dead are  not statistics in the daily count of the dead.

They were Americans,

They were loved ones,

They were fathers and mothers,

They were family members,

They were friends,

They were neighbors,

They were colleagues,

All of them were our fellow Americans.

We all know of someone who lived and died during the 2020 Pandemic.

I ask you, please remember them in your thoughts and prayers,

and let us commit ourselves to create a living memorial in their honor.

May they rest in peace.

Amen
