Welcome to Syndic Journal No. 16.  This issue is devoted solely to Artwork & Photography.

Syndic No. 17 – scheduled for December 2017 –  will be devoted to the Spoken & Written word.

It is my hope that subdividing the subject matter for each issue will prolong the life of the Journal

because it will decrease the work load for the aging publisher.
